Do you Stretch your Lateral Line?

The Lateral Line is the muscle and fascia network that runs along the outside of the body from the fingers to the ankle.

There are several ways you can stretch the lateral line from doing mobility drills at the beginning of your workout, during your workout in-between sets and after to help aid in recovery.

In this video we have some standing mobility drills, an exercise using the TRX suspension trainer and two Runner’s Lunge Stretches.
