Upperbody Band Warm Up
This is the typical upper body warm up we use at the gym with the band. We just try to hit every muscle group and movement we can paying special attention to the shoulder joint and rotator cuff muscles, making sure they are ready for the upcoming workout. We usually do 1 set of 12-15 reps unless we feel we need more:
- Front Pull Aparts
- Overhead Pull Aparts
- Bradford Press

- External Shoulder Rotation (thanks Eric Cressey http://ericcressey.com)
- Front raise
- Curls
- Bent Over Rows
- Single Press
- Chest Press
- Chest Flyes
- Push Ups
- Face Pulls
- Tricep Extension
- Trunk Flexion and Extension
