It’s a new year and we have a kettlebell workout to get you going. In this workout you will switch between single-sided strength exercises and kettlebell swing variations.
The order of exercises will be the following:
Single Leg RDL
Alt. Arm Swing
Floor Chest Press
You can structure this workout in almost any fashion to make it your own. Do the exercises for a certain number of repetitions of put it on the clock for timed intervals.
