Quick Tips – Perfect Your Push Up Form

The Push Up exercise seems simple on the surface but there are a few common issues that can keep you from progressing or enjoying them at all.

In the first video, if you find yourself having trouble performing proper push ups; try elevating your upper body and then gradually lower the elevation until you are doing them on the floor like a pro.

Pain in the wrist and hands can be a push up deterrent. In the second video I talk about how to change your hand position to eliminate pain and make yourself a push up machine.
