Quick Tips – Lower Leg Flexibility for Better Movement

If you want to move better in the gym and out in the athletic arena you owe it to yourself to focus on some lower leg flexibility.

In this Quick Tip series we offer up two videos to help you do just that.

The first video demonstrates how to stretch the Tibialis Anterior. If this muscle is tight, foot plantar flexion is inhibited and getting full power development is reduced.

The second video has us doing some ankle glides for better overall mobility helping your squat form as well as other athletic movements.
