Pair it Up Workout

If you are pressed for time and want to get a good workout in? Try pairing two exercises back-to-back.

I like to set the timer for 30 second intervals and pair up two different exercise and do them back to back for a total of 60 seconds.

After that I rest for 30s and then do another exercise pair.

In this video I chose the following exercise pairs:
2-Arm Overhead Military Press & Goblet Squat
Alternating Row & Alternating Lunge
2-Leg Romanian Deadlift & 2-Arm Kettlebell Swing
Push Ups & Front Plank with Alternating Knee Tucks
