The double kettlebell cleans is arguably one of our favorite kettlebell exercises for athletes and trainees. They fall into the full-body training category working the hips, back, core and grip. They can be done for power or endurance training and they are a great transitional exercise for squats, military presses, lunges and farmers walks.
