As we complete the Hardstyle Kettlebell Series for Kettlebell Kings we have built up our strength and proper movement patterns by learning the deadlift squat , swing , overhead press, clean and snatch.
The Kettlebell Turkish Get Up is another grind exercise where perform slow and deliberate movements moving from the floor to the standing position and back down while keeping the kettlebell overhead.
This exercise is a true test to find your stability and mobility strengths and weaknesses.
