As we continue this Hardstyle Kettlebell Series for Kettlebell Kings we have built up our strength and proper movement patterns by learning the deadlift squat , swing , overhead press and clean; we now move on to the very dynamic Kettlebell Hardstyle Snatch.
The kettlebell snatch is the action of bringing the bell from the swing directly into the overhead position. Not only will it enhance your strength and cardio; they are quite fun to do once you get them down.
