The Hardstyle Kettlebell Clean

As we continue this Hardstyle Kettlebell Series for Kettlebell Kings we have built up our strength and proper movement patterns by learning the deadlift  squat swing and overhead press we now shift back to a dynamic movement: The Kettlebell Clean

The kettlebell clean is a nice stand alone movement but it can also be used as a transitional exercise for pressing, squatting, lunging and almost anything exercise you can think of.
