In this full body home workout with minimal equipment I call “Add a Single;” There are five exercises done for six rounds.
The exercises are Thruster, Swing, Hip Bride, Push Up Sit Up. Each round you are going to make the exercise single sided until all of them are.
Feel free to do it for repetitions or time circuit intervals. You can use a kettlebell or dumbbell as well. Make this workout your own and get great results.
