Fix Your Rounded Back – Mobility Drills

Have you been working from home and adopted a slumping posture? Too many zoom meetings, watching TV and texting can lead to a posture that establishes the round back position which is not optimal for both physical a physiological function.

In this video we go over a few Thoracic Spine Mobility drills both with and without a foam roller. These are simple to perform, don’t take a lot of time and can be done daily to help combat that rounded back lifestyle.
