Essential Equipment for Home Workouts

I was asked what I thought was essential equipment for at home workouts.

I came up with three criteria which included: Cost effective, versatile and space saving.

I included a foam roller, various bands, sliders, kettlebell and a jump rope.

If you wanted to move into the second tier of home exercise equipment I recommended: a second kettlebell, TRX and a stability ball.
