We work with kids from middle school and above who are interested in learning about health, fitness, and personal well-being.
No need to be an athlete or have any training experience. We start with a movement assessment, talk about goals, and create a customized program. As the trainee gains experience and strength the program will progress and incorporate new exercises and equipment while learning and having fun.
Youth training is in a semi-private setting allowing for maximum attention as well as having others around for support and encouragement.
