Here at RISE ABOVE® we work with kids from middle school on up who are interested in learning about health, fitness training and personal well-being.
No need to be an athlete or have experience with physical fitness; we teach and provide all of our youth members to take the skill of strength training with them wherever they go be it high school, college and beyond.
We start with a movement assessment, talk about goals and create a customized program. As the trainee gains experience and strength the program will progress and introduce different exercises all while learning and having fun.
Youth training is in a semi-private setting allowing for maximum attention as well as having others around for support and encouragement.
