We specialize in preparing athletes of all levels for the physical and mental demands of their sport. The ultimate goal is safety, proper technique, appropriate progression, and confidence building which ultimately leads to better performance and achievement of goals.
We start with a movement assessment and construct individual progressive programs for the athlete based on age, sport, and ability.
Athlete training is in a semi-private setting allowing for maximum attention as well as having others around for support and encouragement.
We also provide individual and team training at our gym or on location.
