I hooked up with Mike Salemi of Kettlebell Lifestyle and asked him to introduce three kettlebell swing variations in approximately three minutes.
The swing is considered to be one of the key fundamental kettlebell movements, and have benefits that speak volumes, especially if we have an understanding around how and when to use their variations.
