This is called the Beauty or Beast Workout because you can make it nice and simple or mean and nasty by doing the exact same exercises; the difference being how many kettlebells you decide to use.
The exercises are:
Overhead Military Press
For the Beauty Workout use one Kettlebell and do two arms at the same time. For the Beast Workout use Double Kettlebells.
You can mix it up, depending on how many rounds you want to do; like two Beauties and one Beast or two and two or all three Beasts… the possibilities are endless.
This workout can be done for time intervals like 45 sec. work and 15 sec. rest or for repetitions like 10-15 repetitions each exercise.
So simple and so much variety, that is why we like it!
