Another Workout Using Exercise Combos

We are back with Another Exercise Combos Workout. If you haven’t seen the first Exercise Combo Workout check that one out first.

As you may realize, exercise combos offer a quick and effective workout structure. You can do this for time intervals or repetitions and complete as many rounds as you can.

For this video I chose the following exercise combos:
2-Arm Curl-Overhead Press-Tricep
Clean-to-Lunge (on each side)
Push Up with Knee Tucks
Floor Chest Press-to-Get Up (on each side)
