A Simple Combination, Single Side and Core Workout

In this video I have a simple combination, single side and core workout consisting of three blocks. All you need is one kettlebell.
Block 1:
Curl:to:Halo
Single Military Press
Pull Across

Block 2:
Deadlift:to:Lunge with pass
Single Floor Chest Press
Sit Up

Block 3:
2:1:1 Kettlebell Swing
Single Row
Russian Twists

You can use a timer for interval training or even count your reps.
